Bridgeway Partners is seeking an ambitious, curious, and motivated individual to join our professional search team as an Entry-Level Recruiter . This is an opportunity to develop valuable professional skills in recruiting, consulting, research, project management, and business communication while learning directly from experienced search professionals.

No prior recruiting experience is required. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable engaging with people, and motivated to develop the skills necessary to become an exceptional professional. The right person will be proactive, coachable, organized, and willing to take on challenges as they build their career.

What You'll Do

Research & Talent Identification

• Research industries, companies, and talent markets to identify qualified professionals.
• Identify and evaluate potential candidates for a variety of professional positions.
• Develop an understanding of different businesses, industries, and career paths.
• Utilize recruiting technology, CRM systems, and AI tools to support research and search execution.

Candidate Outreach & Relationship Building

• Engage prospective candidates through phone calls, email, and other outreach channels.
• Build relationships with professionals and learn to understand their career interests and motivations.
• Develop communication, interviewing, and active listening skills.
• Learn to navigate objections, rejection, and follow-up conversations professionally.

Search & Project Support

• Assist experienced recruiters and partners with ongoing search assignments.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, scheduling, and communications.
• Help evaluate candidate qualifications and prepare professionals for interviews.
• Maintain accurate records and stay organized across multiple projects.
• Gradually take on greater responsibility throughout the recruiting and search process.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Broadview Heights, Ohio.
