Responsibilities Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. I have been a State Farm agent since 2000. I am a second generation State Farm agent. We currently have 4 team members at our agency. We have 50 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
