Compensation: Hourly Rate plus Commission & Bonus ($40,000 - $70,000 annually) Responsibilities Include: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services while providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance and financial services options and put them on a path to meet their long-term goals. Use exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
