Pay & Benefits * Starting pay: $16.00 per hour. * Health insurance benefits available on the first day of employment * 401(k) retirement plan * Free employee meals * Employee uniforms provided * Golf course playing privileges * Year-round, full-time employment Job Responsibilities As a member of our Grounds Crew, you will help maintain the golf course, landscaped areas, and overall appearance of the Club property. Responsibilities include: * Maintain assigned areas of the golf course and Club grounds throughout the year. * Operate mowers, trimmers, and other equipment to maintain greens, tees, aprons, and surrounding areas. * Rake and maintain flower beds and landscaped areas. * Prepare the grounds daily to ensure the property is clean, neat, and presentable. * Pick up visible trash throughout the property, including the Club entrance and surrounding grounds. * Ensure golf course accessories and grounds fixtures are clean, neat, and properly positioned. * Inspect equipment, maintain appropriate fluid levels, and report maintenance concerns to a supervisor or equipment technician. * Clean equipment after use and return it to the designated storage area. * Assist with seasonal grounds maintenance and other outdoor projects as needed throughout the year. * Perform other duties as assigned. Job Skills & Qualifications * Enjoys working outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the year. * Dependable, hardworking, and willing to perform physical labor. * Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and grounds maintenance equipment. * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team. * Knowledge of landscaping, turf maintenance, or groundskeeping is helpful but not required. * Willingness to learn and take pride in maintaining a high-quality golf course and Club property. Education & Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors.
