Our business is people…who happen to own homes and need service. We provide top-notch home service for all things plumbing, electrical, and heating and air conditioning. We solve problems for homeowners in some of the most stressful and frustrating scenarios and we do it with pride and process.

HOW WE DO IT

We are all about trust and consistency from the moment a customer calls us to the moment the invoice is posted and payment deposited. To be the best, we need to be made of the best. Experience in the trades industry is not necessary. We believe that if you possess the right attitude and a willingness to learn, you WILL be successful in our workplace.

DAY IN THE LIFE

You can expect an average day to include:

• Sitting in a comfortable office with two monitors for great multi-tasking .
• Supporting the technicians in the field with whatever they need and encouraging them every step of the way.
• Answering the phone when it rings and providing the type of *customer service and sales* that make the customer remember your name and not just “some person” they spoke to on the phone.
• Understanding and presenting our amazing service plans to customers to help make their life easier.
• Help customers feel a “peace of mind” they won’t receive anywhere else. You are the first contact a customer has with our company and we want to make sure that representation is exceptional.
• Making sure that even if phone traffic is slower, that phone calls are being made to our customers to schedule their maintenance. This makes sure that our technicians always have work!
• Looking for more work to do because you said you were driven and the type of person who says, “I got this.”
• Re-prioritizing and finding more ways to get it done.
